kay for svicnecce today we are going to get big like over 277 miles long. I am talking about the grand canyon which is yes monster huge made purely by water running along its bootmom winding and deepening as you go. in some places its a mile deep which is pretty deep the colarado river starts in the mountains fueled by melting snows. and other things comes down the mountain into the grand canyon and goes through that and gos out like somewhere I don't know where its huge their are different types. of fossils in their to and its super cool because all that sandstone is different colored.

okay, this is super exciting at the end because there is this girl called penny parker. and almost always at the end of the book, she has to get a story to her dad's newspaper place and she hasn't anywhere to go. about a huge flood that happened and then she gets to use a phone and finally, she gets the story out before any else other people get it. but she needs to get pictures and she found a box camera that she bought for 20 bucks. and snapped pictures with that and then they find their old nemesis Mrs. Burmaster she was in some other blogs the flood that happened was her fault.

we had Christmas we went to church then we went home and we went to grandma and grandpas. and we had food there we had quite a bit fun then we went speeding because they had a super steep hill. that's really fast and it has a barbed wire at the end so if you don't stop you run into that and your sled goes into the creek. o the other end of the barbed wire but nothing happened we explored a bit to find some good sledding hills. we ound some good ones and super steep with tons of bumps it's fast and pretty big then we went inside and played games then we went to our friend's house and played soccer and memoir.

winners' idea of tectonic plates moving under the earth's surface. to make smaller continents was just too big for everybody else. but the more technology they got the more doubtful they became the found a huge undersea mountain range. called the mid-Atlantic ridge this is huge and is still growing to this day. this is how it grows the magma underneath the earth slips through the cracks in the tectonic plates and pushing these plates out makes a mountain range that's how the continents drifted just not how Wegner expected. but the same it was the pressure of the now frozen lava on the plates to else and slowly slip away. from each other may be making another tectonic plate.

okay, I am going to do a blog on the battle of wake island. this island was pretty important the Americans from there could send bombing raids into japan itself. which is pretty big and this island battle is also called the alamo of the pacific or Atlantic. I forgot but there were only a few hundred fighting men on this little island and this monster force of soldiers. where coming like one thousand with some carriers and the Americans only had 8 planes or 16 I forgo.t but they fought really hard and this small force of soldiers killed almost about 800 Japanese and wounded another 200 Japanese soldiers where wounded but that didn't stop the japs they had more men coming. and they took the island thinking of an easy victory but it was actually pretty hard.

I don't really have much o talk about my mid-test. is going well I finished it today but some of the questions were kind of hard but other than some of those I think I did pretty good. it's so nice to just say I know that like is someone asks you a question. and your like I know that and raise your that's nice I loved doing besides math. I don't do that a lot for my math because I know that other people there are smarter than me so. I let them answer the question and if nobody does I usually raise my hand.

so for the church it with peter and he is filled with the Holy Spirit. and he is talking to some of the most powerful people in a room and he is filled with the spirit. and he has his friend Jhon and this person he healed in Jesus name. and these people ask him in whose name did you do this. and peter is like in God's name the person you crucified and I healed this person in his name. and if you want proof here is the man well and standing even jumping. he used to be lame you saw him on the street every time you same to the temple.

I had a mid-test in the book it not really that hard it's like an easier question. but like you know some times you get not as much interesting and you have no idea what you are talking about. I think I am going back to find out what an isotope is I thought they sued them in microscopes. I have like no idea so I am going to find out other than that I knew most of the questions besides the other page the newer. you get the easier it is unless it's super interesting than you remember. like in the labret tar pits I knew most of the questions from there because that is very interesting.

so we got one of those special answers in genesis magazines. and it was selling some books telling about Noah's ark thing. and there was one other thing but I forgot what it was about. they usually do a magazine every other month I think like they are the thicker ones but you get this smaller one like maybe every other month. to like they come in a more timely manner or something like that there are more of them than our other ones but we got a whole bunch of the thicker magazines. from a friend or something so we have like 5 to 10 of those.

we had a review and the review was like a normal review and it was more consisted of cells and nitrogen is super interesting because there is more of that stuff in the air than actual air and plants need it and we don't we work together with the plant they recycle nitrogen to get rid of air which they think is trash but we think is the stuff that we need to keep going they get rid of it like trash and they take in the nitrogen and they need nitrogen to think os a scale of nitrogen in the world we use a fertilizer that produces the nitrogen super fast and the grass and stuff cant keep up with it and the world goes very bad.

the extraordinary education of Nicholas Benedict. is super good it's the last book of the writer super good. Nicholas benedict used huge words and things that. I don't use it when he was nine also whatever he reads he memorizes so he only has to see one billboard. and he has it memorized also he has this thing call narcolepsy. which means he will drop off under sleep when he has some other types. like if he starts laughing he will just fall asleep. also there are other times when he is in a nightmare and he is frozen into a place he cants move. the books are really good.

we had my friend Aric over we talked and went on our zip line. which is a pretty sorry affair naming the handle is duck tape well taped and stuff. and it's a cord going from a tree to another tree it's tired so it's very slow. but you put them under branches so they don't slide down anymore it's pretty fun I showed him about a 77-year-old log. that just about over 16 inches across in the biggest point and they made a fire out of it and the fire was like super tall like 5 ft tall. we played some basketball played a game called life among other things we tried climbing a tree.

so know talking about they went home for about one week. and the rains are barely stopping. so the dam is just about to overflow and start falling and crumbling. which will soon turn into a disaster flood also the headless horsemen have not even done much besides the rock about the dam. also, the burgomasters and the person penny is staying with are not moving from their house. and they are probably going to be swept away by the flood. that is most likely going to come other than that nothing much has happened penny bought a loom. for Mrs. Weems someone that wanted an antique loom.

termites are pretty interesting because they live in these small colonies of 100. or 1 million the queen is the biggest and lays just about 30,000 eggs per day. which the workers wisk of to the place where eggs are born the workers do most of the work. you know repairing the nest and other things like that gathering food. for one type of soldier ants well they actually aren't related to the ants. have to forms of defense their mandibles. which are insanely strong and this thing they squirt from this shooter in their mouth. that is foul-smelling and tasting.

okay, not much has happened that I have already. told you they are going to go home this time. but they figure out that the person they stay with is being robbed. and they find out that he found the place where the person hid the thing that says you own the house they found that contract. and stole it so technically they can say they own the land. so they can kick the person that they're off so they can taire that place down. o they can get a good view o the valley so it looks nice its a big rambling affair though to the house I mean.

pheromones are interesting things. they are interesting because you can use them for your own gain. you can make a bug spray that repels well like find ou what a mosquito hates like literally. and make that as a pheromone and spray it all over yourself and you won't get bit because. they hate that smell they are also interesting because dogs use them. and ants use them and bees my worst enemy. use them to know hey there someone over here let's sting him ants use them to find food. and things like that also is there is an enemy around to run or attack whatever you are.

okay so in Mildred's lesson they saw the dam and the headless horsemen. and their suspect becomes even bigger when they figure out that this horse. is like super tired and it a super nice horse a jumper the called it. and this man uses it dresses up as the headless horsemen and rides across the bridge super fast. and throws rocks with messages on them at his men. so they find them and read them one said that they have to fix the Huntly dam. like actually fix it with cement and stuff also the person they are staying with just for robbed.

so in science today it's kind of hard to explain. but if you are a farmer you most likely use a fertilizer. that has too much nitrate and that stuff goes into the air. and into water and lakes and things making the water dangerous to drink or swim. in the nitrogen cycle is like a balance you can't put into much otherwise it tips. the wrong way and you get too much nitrogen this stuff animals and plants need alike. but did you know the air is not pure air about 78 percent of what you breathe in is nitrogen? and your body gets rid of it like trash. and the other bit that's left is actually the clean stuff that you need?

okay for Mildred a wort Benson they just saw the headless horsemen. and the Nutley am this dam is super old. and there are tons of rains right now so everybody but jack Burmaster. thinks that it will hold and penny and her friend went to a barn dance and their escort. for the night just disappeared my guess is to get dressed up as the headless horseman. get a super nice horse and ride across the bridge at full gallop. and throw a rock through a window or something like that. and the person they are staying with says that she maybe she doesn't or maybe she does know who the headless horsemen.

spores are interesting they are types of seeds. they are very small so you cant just look at them on the ground. sometimes they look like dust. if they are in a cloud they were used when seeds weren't around. these spores dropped or floated to the ground and then they started to make more plants. another thing that is better about them is they could withstand much colder and harder climates than seeds. could have spores are still used today. if you look at the bottom of a fern plant. and you feel little bumps those are spore holding cell things. and those cells will dry out and then it will let go of the spores I think spores are sometimes bad though. like mold most mold you don't want besides the stuff on the blue cheese. like moldy bread mold is green on fruit. and white on bread.

so for sermon Sunday we have the story of Ballam. and how he had his eyes on the ground and those gold bars and silver. than up looking or christ. remember the three-time he tried to curse Israel. and the fourth time he is kind of cursing the king of Moab and all the tribes around Moab. and he said a star will come out of Jacob. and a star did come out of Jacob as Jesus a lot of people think that they have to go to other places fro a summary of Christmas. but I think this is pretty good if you research and think about this sermon of the king of Moab. and Balaam they were looking down on Israel trying to curse them. but there where 2 other people that were looking up for the birth. of christ one is called Simeon the other is anna they were looking up for christ while Balaam and the king of Moab Balak looked at their money

okay so now in the penny parker thing they are stating with this old woman. that is kind of old-fashioned and jacke Burmaster is still trying to but the land and the four acres that they have is being super annoying. because she is trying to buy everything and the headless horseman. has still not yet been seen and jacke bormaster was going to but this house for 2 thousand dollars. which was like tons of money back then also the land isn't even worth 500. in their amount of money from back then but then inflation made everything huge. and now they are soon going to go over and look around.

so in science, it's kind of hard to explain. but this so Charles drawing hews the first evolutionists. and he went to the Galapagos islands and studied finches because finches have quite a bit of microevolution. they started with pretty big beaks but they started to get smaller beaks so they could eat smaller seeds this is microevolution. not the actual type of evolution is where we as humans used to be apes. which is kind of crazy because, then wouldent, they still are apes that are turning into people. and their arent and of course, they don't want to belive in God or anything so they create other things. that they could believe.

hoofbeats on the turnpike by Mildred a wort Benson. this story as you know has not really that much gotten into it yet. right now they are at the turnpike it's super funny because of jake burgomaster's wife. is like super high strung or something like that because if you ride across the bridge at a fast pace it make s big clattering noise. and she hates that and she wants it so that it is only useful to them because when they built that bridge they had to sign a contract. saying they had to let pedestrians use the bridge and horseback riders and she hates that because they always make noise when they go across.

so the cell is the birthplace of life has the power to reproduce. and can make people know the cell is pretty complex. but I am not going to go in-depth right now but all that you have to no is that if you. are an evolutionist you believe that at the start of the world the cells started to form together into more complex organisms. but that doesn't really make sense when there are still single-celled organisms. and like organisms with like ten thousand cells like the trichloplax. and there are also different types of cell-like in the plant their is different also in the animal another thing the neutron is in the middle of the cell. and is more or less the brains of the operation. and is the one that has all the information on how to reproduce.

hoofbeats on the turnpike this is a [retty scary story well not scary. but sometimes getting a bit out of hand this girl called penny parker is the young daughter of Anthony parker. and this man was the editor for one of the best newspapers in America and it like huge it's super funny. too because this old man came and styled to lure penny parker to where he lived so he could convince her to start writing editorials. in the paper against this person called jack Burmaster, he had like bought all the land in this nice little. house well not the nice little house this old woman wouldn't sell out to Mr. Burmaster and he tried several times to buy her off.

so there is this super funny story. where this gut he finds a fake letter that is actually real but kind of fake. at the same time, if you have heard about operation fortitude, is where all the allies made the Germans think that the invasion would be happening 200 miles away from Omaha beach. and they used like inflatable tanks and stuff it's really cool and they had to crack a case. that had they found an old letter that found out about that it was fake and stuff. so it got censored and part of the letter got blurred out and like there was a helmet and stuff that's how they found out it wasn't actually from Omaha beach.

so for science, I had a review. so that's what we're going to be doing, we talked about how you get ph in the soil and see the PH level. or we didn't I don't think we did but what did I talk about because I kinda forgot u no we talked about that one thing where its like friction. and it makes energy and it like when you go down a slide too many times. and you get an electrical shock especially on a metal side you get big shocks then. I remember I went down like this massive slide and I got shocked so much my hair stood on end.

So what I read in church today the text was Galatians and it was about witnesses. and that the Holy Spirit is the witness for every Christian born. and some people think that there are ways that people make the mistake like that you have to have a powerful moment. where christ entered your heart but you don't really have to this one girl said that she did not have any of these big moments. where it was like a very powerful moment and she started to wonder if she was a Christian. and then the preacher walked up to her and they read a Bible verse. and she was saved from the on because God used that one verse to change people's life. like I know another one where this preacher was biking up on a dike in the Netherlands and he looked at the waves of the sea. and he thought that was like his soul all in a turmoil all rough and stuff. the preacher said that you have to look for the smaller moments and not just those big moments. that change your life that is what the NRC think of ...

so in a sermon Sunday this time we heard about Aminah. and he was king and he died an evil man. because he wanted to fight the enemies that were Edom. and he had 300,000 men ad he still thought that there weren't enough men. so he went and bought 100,000 mercenaries from Israel. but a man of God said that he could not fight with these barbarians. and when the king heard of this he was very unpleased he did not want to waste a whole lot of money. that he had spent but he finally decided to let them go.

an octopus is a really weird animal guess why first of all they technically have brains. in their arms so if one is dismembered it will just wriggle around on the ground for a while. before it starved to death another thing is they have taste receptors in their arms so they can taste by just touching things. also, flys have this. to also an octopus can squeeze into almost any hole. they can squeeze into a hole the size of their eye. also, they are known for their inc. they can have read inc at times isn't that weird.

pendulums are amazing things. but kind of hard to understand first you must know that the pendulum is technically a weight attached to a bar. so it is free to swing these 2 girls make a pendulum and figure that every time you pull the weight back .let it goes it always comes back to the place it used to be from where it started. and then they attached another weight but this is just a cork. and it still does the same amount of swings in another it doesn't matter about the weights. they will stay the same amount of swings and it doesn't matter about the speed. they will always have the same speed and the same amount of swings.

when you see a bird soaring through the sky. with barely any movement at all you might wonder how it got so high. and so fast and how it got off the ground. first, we will talk about their build most birds were built gracefully. and they also have hollow bones making them extremely light. now we will talk about what they have to overcome every time they take off. for starters you might have already guessed it would be gravity and another would be a drag. if you are in some sort of water source move your hand under the water really quickly. the water in front is producing drag so you cant move fast also like the bird flaps it creates thrust. which is the air going over and under the bird's wings. creating it to move forward.

okay, I have an experiment for you and it involves static. first, you need a comb and a wool shirt or sweater or just your hair. and if you are using either o ya you also need a dark space. and when you are in the dark space you run the comb through your hair and place it on the light bulb. has to be fluorescent and when you place the comb onto the light bulb you make all that static electricity. go into the light bulb and it will flicker for a second. static electricity is more or less when some things lose electrons and others gain them. making static so if it were in clothes cotton would lose electrons. and stuff like polyester would gain electrons making them stick together because they have opposite electrons some positive and some negative.
