The Reconstruction I belive was something America had to go through. I would say it did what it needed to do freeing all the African Americans just because the African Americans had never been free they didn't know hoe to act so they had a lot of issues with making money and such like that.
The Reconstruction was a very tumultuous time in the history of America. it happened directly after the Civil War it got started during the war by President Abraham Lincoln and he even had an amazing setup planned for the reconstruction. Sadly it never happened because of his untimely death at the hands of John Wilkes Booth. His predecessor Andrew Johnson followed the plans of Reconstruction that Abraham Lincoln had planned out. The steps that Andrew Jhonson took were very lenient in terms of dealing with the south he thought that he could just bring them back into the union and free all the slaves. Yet there were people in the senate called the radical republicans that hated how lenient he was and tried passing several bills that allowed them control of the southern land even going so far as to put generals in charge of the southern states but instead of them as states they would be five districts all run by separate generals.
Todau im writing about my favorite childhood memory i really liked when we moved to the second house I ever lived in and we had some woods so it was super fun. We had a friend over for some reason and decided to dig a hold in the woods. We ended up digging down four or so feet and it was awesome we hit clay and it was so cool just going out there and seeing that hole getting bigger and bigger.
Separate but equal is a term thrown around by congress a long time ago during reconstruction after the Civil War it basically means that somehow African Americans are both separate and equal. Those two words don't belong I a sentence rogthor I don't know how congress thought that was a good idea I guess back then things were different though because that's what they did and everything backfired on them. they had to change it in the fourteenth amendment overstepping the thirteenth amendment
Today I will be speaking about studying. There are many ways to study for a test of any kind. Now always the best way to study is to do repetition over and over of the work that you will be tested on. This method has been proven repeatedly to come out on top. There are however to make this method a lot more interesting as it is the most boring of studying methods. The first one I have is flashcards. They add this randomness to repetition, which works very well because of how random it is. You can make flashcards out of anything just be sure to mix them up well.
Today I read the first 64 verses of pslam 119 and its interesting in how the bible is set up we have one of the biggest pslams right next to one of the smallest psalms
Today I read psalms 115 to 118 and the shortest psalm is in it psalm 117 is two verses and is a praise psalm. all of these songs were praise songs and the fist one actually mocked the people who worshipped false gods.
Today I read through three or four pretty short psalms all praise psalms that would be pretty easy to memorize. It was cool there was one verse that said the ear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge which Is also talked a lot more in proverbs.
Psalm 109  This is one of that psalms I forget the name but it partially calls curses down on he song writer's enemy but at the end, it turns to praise and exultation to the LORD.
Psalms 107 is a continuation of the story of the Israelites in the dessert and it ends where they are fighting for there land its full of praise for the Lord changing desserts into oceans and lush land.
psalm 106 Starts out with praise to God. Then, it goes through the story of how the Israelites were saved and how they disobeyed God. I feel like this is a common theme in a lot of psalms.
