the cutlass was an ordinary sword kind of but it had a distinct corve o one end and it had a single heavily made blade this is called a slashing saber but could also be used for stabbing it was pretty heavy but easier to use with pirates they were easier to get the pirates liked it a lot of people could be carried easily in the belt or scabbard there were different kinds of a cutlass the french a had a kind that they gave to captains it was closed handguard and more intricately lighter and things it was good but the normal cutlass was still used quite a bit as a reliable cloase hand to hand fighting weapon.

so I have read this part before but I never told you about it this is quite interesting. called rooster earplugs the rooster lets out a cockle doodle do that has 140 decibels. of sound that's loud enough to defend. you that is why the rooster does it in a high place and away from the hens. so he doesn't deafen them also the rooster has these built-in earplugs that totally block up his ear ducts. also he has a lot of hair or something like that in there so it would have to get through that. see even in this stupid animal God has put in these amazing adaptions or something like that other than adaptions.
