 okay so the flood happened and everything is a mess and they are rushing to get a story our they have pictures. and then a reporter for their newspaper company comes and has a thing that can send pictures to different places through a phone line. and they start doing that and they have four good pictures they can use and 2 other reporters from the information department. are their taking notes and things for more of a collum of the front page. and then they find misses Weems the person that was masquerading as the headless horsemen. well, she wasn't the train station operator was but she was the one that came up with the idea.
