This man won eight Mr Olympias and was probably one of the greatest bodybuilder ever the only person to ever win that many Mr Olympias was a man named lee Haney. both of there training methods were extremely hardcore. Ronnie Coleman arms never got under 17 inches all the way around in college they were around 20 inches and they just got bigger. On his seventh Mr Olympia the judges literally told him to stop growing muscle because he was so big.
