Today i am going to talk about a certain calisthenics move that i was working towards and i was finally able to get it a couple weeks ago it is called the tuck planche where instead of your feet being straight out behind you like a normal planche your feet are tucked in with only your hands touching the ground its a great move to use to build relative strength and it looks really cool.

so hes going to this kind of man that kept saying he could make diamonds but the person said that he had been picked up and drugged and brought him to a town and they couldn't find it again so now he asked tom swift if he could help him he has accepted
