Now the first thing you must do is meet the weight requirements for classic and once yu do you must take on over a month of extreme dieting and hard work out. You must also practice the poses that you have to know for a classic physique ever category has certain poses you must learn such as front double biceps rear double bicep side chest and side tricep. There are also a few others you must become very skilled at.  The last thing you must do is get a tan. Not just one layer of deep tan but two whole layers covering the entire body. Then you must apply makeup to the face and last but not least get a small pump so you can look even better on stage. Thats it you are ready for your first-ever bodybuilding show.
