Today I am going to take the sport of bodybuilding. I will make this so you are the bodybuilder. First, you must choose which category you will be in. There are three categories. Open classic physique and men's physique the men's physique category is the smallest physique classic physique is where people still have a ton of muscle but no nowhere near open physique. To be in the open you have to pump steroids nonstop for forever. So for the sake of the story, we are going to say you chose a classic physique. Now the first thing you must do is meet the weight requirements for classic and once yu do you must take on over a month of extreme dieting and hard work out. You must also practice the poses that you have to know for a classic physique ever category has certain poses you must learn such as front double biceps rear double bicep side chest and side tricep. There are also a few others you must become very skilled at. The last thing you must do is get a tan. Not just one layer of deep tan but two whole layers covering the entire body. Then you must apply makeup to the face and last but not least get a small pump so you can look even better on stage. Thats it you are ready for your first-ever bodybuilding show.
