Today I am going to talk about another hero from the old times. His name was King Rollo and he was from the north. H and his army of men attacked the Franks many times. Over time, however, King Rollo noticed that living like a Frank had much more appeal than living like a pirate. So he had a conversation with the Frankish king and after much bargaining, the French king gave them the land that is now today called Normandy. Before this however Rollo had decided he was going to also follow the Christian God. He saw it as much better to worship him then Odin or thor. He also decided to live like the franks did farming and not being mobile like his people always were.
Puss the cat
Today I read a story about a cat named Puss. One day, Puss had kittens. They were born in the cellar, but then Puss took the kittens up to the attic. But the servant thought that they should be in the cellar. So she took them back to the cellar. But Puss took them back to the attic! This happened a dozen times. Puss left the kittens and came back with an unfamiliar cat that they had never seen. This cat took them into the attic and went away. Then the servant girl left them alone. This story should teach children to help one another all the time. (Typed by mommy.)
