 I am going to first tip in my karate style today and I am going to film it and put it on my YouTube channel.  The first tip is probably the easiest one to do all you basically have to do is all of the kicks strikes blocks and stuff like that it is pretty fun.  They probably grade you the highest off kata and this is the second thing there definitely more lose on memorization but not by much.

 so I have read this part before but I never told you about it this is quite interesting. called rooster earplugs the rooster lets out a cockle doodle do that has 140 decibels. of sound that's loud enough to defend. you that is why the rooster does it in a high place and away from the hens. so he doesn't deafen them also the rooster has these built-in earplugs that totally block up his ear ducts. also he has a lot of hair or something like that in there so it would have to get through that. see even in this stupid animal God has put in these amazing adaptions or something like that other than adaptions.

 For active self-protection I have a question for you actually 2 first do you think compliance would work every time? The second question do you carry your gun everywhere you go? You know I think I told you about this guy he was just talking to his kid in the front yard and this guy pulls up and that guy still had his gun on him even when he was just talking to his son but then you have to take the right steps you don't leave it somewhere someone calls the cops on you or something like that would be very weird think of that a policeman walks up do you carry gun sir can I see your permit.
