Today I am going to talk about the basics of working out. First, you must know the term progressive overload. This term is used all of the time. You are basically guaranteed to not build as much muscle if you don't progressive overload. but what is progressive overload? Basically, it's adding more weight or repetitions over time to an exercise if you do ten pushups hopefully the next time you do eleven or more then that. Now you know that term you must choose a split for your choice this will depend on how often you want to workout. Some people find it optimal for them to workout every day others find it more optimal to workout three times a week. A general rule is to workout at least three times a weak. The most popular split is push-pull legs meaning on the days you workout you do your push muscles in your chest triceps shoulders. Then you have a rest day. The next day you do your pull muscles which are your back muscles also some shoulders and biceps and some forearms. Then you have a rest day and you hit your legs.
Puss the cat
Today I read a story about a cat named Puss. One day, Puss had kittens. They were born in the cellar, but then Puss took the kittens up to the attic. But the servant thought that they should be in the cellar. So she took them back to the cellar. But Puss took them back to the attic! This happened a dozen times. Puss left the kittens and came back with an unfamiliar cat that they had never seen. This cat took them into the attic and went away. Then the servant girl left them alone. This story should teach children to help one another all the time. (Typed by mommy.)
