John leppelman is stumbling through th jungle with next to no sleep and he is expected to somehow kill or capture vitnamaese it was preoperstwerous he finally decided to get out whule he could he reporteded to a new job on boats these boats were kind of like tug boats just more heavily srmed and armored. The job was pretty easy and he got to lounge arund on a boat all day which was way better then running around in the jungle. This is where he was during the tet offensive.
Puss the cat
Today I read a story about a cat named Puss. One day, Puss had kittens. They were born in the cellar, but then Puss took the kittens up to the attic. But the servant thought that they should be in the cellar. So she took them back to the cellar. But Puss took them back to the attic! This happened a dozen times. Puss left the kittens and came back with an unfamiliar cat that they had never seen. This cat took them into the attic and went away. Then the servant girl left them alone. This story should teach children to help one another all the time. (Typed by mommy.)
