The penny is useless. Today I am going to give you some reasons why the penny is useless and is hurting the economy. First, the penny is going backward. It actually costs more money to make a penny than the penny is actually worth. The penny costs about one point eight cents to make one cent. So we are losing money on the penny. Also, it is a time waster studies have shown that when someone has to pay with pennies at the register they waste an acreage of 2.5 seconds at the register than fourteen minutes in the year. Not to mention the people behind you still waiting to pay for the groceries.
Puss the cat
Today I read a story about a cat named Puss. One day, Puss had kittens. They were born in the cellar, but then Puss took the kittens up to the attic. But the servant thought that they should be in the cellar. So she took them back to the cellar. But Puss took them back to the attic! This happened a dozen times. Puss left the kittens and came back with an unfamiliar cat that they had never seen. This cat took them into the attic and went away. Then the servant girl left them alone.
