Today I am ging to talk about the colonization of this fort in between this fork in the Misipsi they were surrounded by swamps. They had all sorts of malaria-related diseases and almost every summer tons of people would die so finally the commander of this fort put everyone in a very disciplined routine and they lowered the percentages of everybody dying. Then he asked for help from England and they sent shipfulls of goods over. They fought the Indians a ton and over time however they became kind of friends but more friendly then they were.
Puss the cat
Today I read a story about a cat named Puss. One day, Puss had kittens. They were born in the cellar, but then Puss took the kittens up to the attic. But the servant thought that they should be in the cellar. So she took them back to the cellar. But Puss took them back to the attic! This happened a dozen times. Puss left the kittens and came back with an unfamiliar cat that they had never seen. This cat took them into the attic and went away. Then the servant girl left them alone. This story should teach children to help one another all the time. (Typed by mommy.)
