Branched-chain amino acids are something I am going to go into today. Amino acids are something that your body has to have but your body can't actually make amino acids. What amino acids basically do is lower the amount of soreness in your muscles it's excellent after a hard leg or back workout to take about six grams. The kind I recommend is in a powder form that dissolves into almost any beverage that you can think of. Let me tell you this though amino acids are in a lot of types of meat and vegetables you do not need to take this powder form to have your body have these. The important thing is just taking a dose if you know your meal isn't going to have enough of the certain amino acid.

so I have read this part before but I never told you about it this is quite interesting. called rooster earplugs the rooster lets out a cockle doodle do that has 140 decibels. of sound that's loud enough to defend. you that is why the rooster does it in a high place and away from the hens. so he doesn't deafen them also the rooster has these built-in earplugs that totally block up his ear ducts. also he has a lot of hair or something like that in there so it would have to get through that. see even in this stupid animal God has put in these amazing adaptions or something like that other than adaptions.
