The full planche is the pinnacle of most calisthenics athletes' achievements. The full planche is a hold where your arms are completely locked out and your body is completely parallel with the ground with a straight back. the full planche works very large groups of muscles and is also very hard on your tendons and bones because they will be under an immense amount of pressure.  First, you must build up the strength for easier variation os the planche like pseudo planche pushups and tuck planche, and tuck planche pushups.
