I was elected to the wasrm up at Thursday karate class so I decided to do something a little different I am going to have three segments each working on different body parts. It's hopefully going to be fast-paced and hard. We are first going to start out with the upper body in the first segment. We were going to do a lot of pushups and core work. After that segment, we worked more on the lower body but were going to work on more explosive movements. After that, we have hardcore cardio where will do a lot of running and burpees, and jumping jacks.

so I have read this part before but I never told you about it this is quite interesting. called rooster earplugs the rooster lets out a cockle doodle do that has 140 decibels. of sound that's loud enough to defend. you that is why the rooster does it in a high place and away from the hens. so he doesn't deafen them also the rooster has these built-in earplugs that totally block up his ear ducts. also he has a lot of hair or something like that in there so it would have to get through that. see even in this stupid animal God has put in these amazing adaptions or something like that other than adaptions.
